- Pineapple Mojito
Mojitos are always a hit. Take pineapple slices and add some mint leaves. Crush them with a spatula in the mixing bowl. Add some grape juice and ice to the mixture and serve in a glass. You can add some sugar if you feel as if the cocktail is too tart. Add a dash of rum for a great alcoholic taste.
- Limoncello Lemonade
Lemons are an essential part of many popular cocktails. Italians even have a special alcoholic lemon syrup they call Limoncello. Use it to create your own special drink. Mix limoncello with gin and lemon juice (4-3-2 proportions) and chill the mix for 1 – 2 hours. Squeeze the lemon slices against the glass wall and add some ice. Stir the lemonade and pour it into the serving glasses. Add a couple of ounces of sparkling water to each glass.
- Blueberry Lemonade
This is a non-alcoholic drink but you can add vodka or tequila to make it a wonderful party cocktail. You just need to mix sugar, blueberries, lemon zest, and water and heat the mixture up. Boil it for five minutes, cool, and pass through a sieve. The blueberry syrup is ready. Mix it with lemon juice and ice. Blend until smooth and add sparkling water.
- Cucumber Margarita
Who knew that cucumbers could become an essential part of your greatest cocktail? Take some lime juice, tequila, orange juice, sweet syrup and cucumbers and mix them in one large pitcher. Cool them in the fridge for 1 -2 hours. Take glasses rimmed with salt and fill them with ice. Pour the mixture into the glasses.
