- What happens if the event lasts longer than planned? Can you stay longer? What do you charge for the overtime work?
- What are the extra charges? Do you have a price list for extra charges? Are there any additional fees, including travel expenses?
- If I need to change the date of the event or cancel it altogether, what is the cancellation fee? (Most of the time there is no cancellation fee. The artist just gets to keep the deposit).
- Do you have liability insurance? This is a good question for artists that provide lighting, special effects, and etc.
- Are there any hidden costs? While this question might sound strange, it’s a great way to catch the artist unawares and find out about the extra expenses you might incur.
