A bass-baritone singer just recently finished his master degree at the National Opera Academy in Oslo. He performed as ‘Don Alfonso’ in Cosi fan tutte in March 2014 and ‘The Operator’ in Mælands premiering opera Ad Undas at The Norwegian National Opera in October 2013 while he was in the Academy. He started his Opera studies in 2006, and has been improving ever since. He has performed numerous roles, and has sung excerpts from operas in roles such as Figaro (Mozart) Colline, Albert, Eugen Onegin, Alidoro, Geronimo, as well as Osmano in the full production of L’Ormindo.
He is based in Norway, but he already has a lot of experiences performing abroad like in London, Spain, Germany, and more. He also has an experience in performing jazz-opera when he performed a role in ‘Vice’ with music by Jools Scott and words by Sue Curtis, directed by Andrew Steggall at the Arcola Theatre in the context of the Grimeborn Festival as well as at the Soho Theatre. He has numerous experiences and honors that only proves how exceptional he is.
