1. Manage the Budget
The level of entertainment depends on the money you are ready to spend. If you are on a tight budget, it’s better to hire one good celebrity impersonator than 10 bad belly dancers. Usually, corporate event budget planning follows the “per person” scheme.
2. Know All About the Event
All professional entertainers will ask you specific questions about the occasion, such as:
- The number of people
- The demographics (males/females, older/younger, office workers/executives)
