If the invitation says that you are invited to a black tie dinner party, brace yourself for some serious preparations. You need to wear the most sophisticated attire, including a tuxedo, a bow tie, and a white tuxedo shirt. Don’t forget about the socks and shoes. Black tie dinner party implies black sox and black shoes. Simply said, everything you wear should be black except for the shirt.
